You can redeem your Ness points within the Ness app by navigating to the Explore tab, selecting "Rewards" at the top, and scrolling through all of the options! You can also find what's new in our Marketplace under the "What's New" tab.
We’re always trying to bring you new rewards, so please know that unless a reward has a specific expiration date or limited time noted in the details, the reward is subject to change. For each reward, you’ll see the number of points required to redeem it.

To redeem for a reward, all you need to do is click on the reward of your choice! You will then either receive a gift card code, or be given a link to fill out a quick survey, which will allow our Wellness Concierge to order your item or book your service. You’ll hear back from our team within 1-2 business days, confirming your order. If you haven’t heard anything, please send us an email at support@nesswell.com.
Please note that the Ness Card is not geospecific within the continental United States, meaning the majority of our benefits and rewards have a national presence! We also love hearing what brands you are digging right now, so please send any recommendations to support@nesswell.com. We’ll pass them along to our team for consideration.
