We’re so sorry about that! Please try the following troubleshooting steps first:
- Try inputting the code you received in the "gift card" field. The majority of our rewards are gift cards and will not be usable in the "promo code" field. You may need to use a browser and not the merchant's app for this field to populate.
- A lot of our restaurant and fast casual rewards require the gift card to be added to your account as a credit first, and then you can place your order online for either pick up or delivery.
