Oh no! Here’s some troubleshooting steps we’ve found that help:
- First, make sure you are updated to the most recent version of the Ness Card app!
- For Sleep – You will need to go to the Health App on your phone and scroll down to Sleep. From there, you can set up your sleep settings and a sleep focus (what time you go to sleep and what time you want to wake up). Your Apple Watch or Health App will determine when you actually sleep/wake and if the threshold is met each day.
- For Mindfulness – You will need to record your meditation sessions directly into the Apple Health App. Click on Browse on the Health App on your phone, and then scroll to Mindfulness.
- For Exercise – Ensure that your fitness tracker writes data over to the “Workouts” category on Apple Health. This may need to be done manually, depending on your fitness tracker (more below!)
To get your step and sleep data from your non-Apple tracker, you will need to use a separate app (such as Fitbit to Apple Health Sync, Power Sync, or SyncSolver) to share your data with Apple Health.
