"Healthy" can mean lots of different things. If you believe a merchant you recently visited qualifies as healthy and we don’t automatically reward that transaction, you can request points for your settled transaction by doing the following:
- Navigate to the Activity tab on the app and tap on the transaction.
- Select the category of our Wellness Framework that best represents this merchant. Don’t overthink it!
- Our research team will investigate the merchant within 24 hours during the standard work day. If you are approved, you will see a point grant appear in your transactions list.
If we approve the merchant, we’ll also automatically reward that particular merchant moving forward.
If you have several settled transactions from this merchant that haven’t been rewarded, you’ll need to request points for each transaction individually. Once we approve a merchant, we’ll reward future transactions, but we won’t automatically reward already settled transactions over the past 30 days.
If you make a purchase at grocery or food delivery places such as Instacart, Doordash, etc. we will ask for a receipt for every request as follow-up to confirm that the merchant you purchase from is healthy.
As a reminder, we're looking for a merchant who has a mission driven towards offering healthy goods and/or services. We know that healthy items can be purchased almost anywhere, but we are focusing on merchants with that overall focus.
