Your points do not expire by default. There are, however, two situations when your points would be removed:
- You’re inactive on your Ness account for 180+ consecutive days (more on that below!)
- You violate our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or Reward Program Terms
If your account is deemed inactive (that is, you haven't opened app in 60 consecutive days), we will freeze points accumulation. If your account continues to be inactive for another 120 days post-freeze (i.e., after 180 total days of the account being inactive), all points will expire.
In either scenario, we’ll be sure to reach out and let you know why your point total is being adjusted! In the inactivity scenario, we’ll give you plenty of advanced notice so you can take action.
