We're so excited about this new feature, which allows you to earn points for physical activity (including steps, exercise, sleep, and meditation!) performed throughout the day as confirmed by Apple Health.
How does it work? Make sure the app has been updated and then you will see a prompt to connect Health with Ness.
You'll earn points for meeting or exceeding activity thresholds we've set. We don't award points mid-workout, but as soon as you hit end on your Apple Watch for that 5K, you'll get your points! Please note, we poll for these activities every hour, so you may not always get your points immediately.
You can earn a maximum of 56 points for physical activity-based Healthy Actions per day. Points may be earned as follows:
- 14 points for 30 or more active minutes per day
- 14 points for 10 or more mindful minutes per day
- 14 points for 7 or more sleep hours per day
- 14 points for 6,000 or more steps per day
The number of minutes, hours, and steps represent thresholds: If you hit below the threshold for a given category, you won't earn any points in that category for the day. And while we love to see more healthy activity, you won't earn more than 14 points in a given category for going above its threshold.
