Great question! At Ness, we feel that people can take Healthy Actions in two ways:
- Healthy Purchases: Where you make a purchase at a merchant that we feel is healthy (such as Sweetgreen, Barry’s, Orangetheory, your therapist, the doctor, etc.) More here!
- Healthy Behavior or Activities: The physical action you take in your day to day that helps you get and stay healthy (such as a work out, walking a certain number of steps, sleep, and meditation.) More here!
